What we do
We support individuals aged 16 and over who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in Conwy and Denbighshire. Our service is completely free and operates Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. It is proudly funded by the Welsh Government’s Homelessness Prevention Grant.
Our dedicated team of five works across Denbighshire and Conwy, with offices conveniently located in Rhyl and Colwyn Bay.
We’re here to help you and your family resettle into the local community, providing essential support as you get back on your feet. For those who qualify, our Bond Scheme offers a cashless bond to help cover the deposit on a property, making it easier to secure a home.
Our support includes:
- Information and advice about housing options
- Help to apply for grants for rent in advance, deposits, and furniture you may qualify for
- Advice on managing rent arrears and rent top-ups
- Guidance on maintaining good relationships with landlords and neighbours
- Collaboration with the Local Authority Homeless Prevention team to help you achieve your Personal Housing Plan
- Signposting to useful agencies and referrals to specialist services if needed
