What we do
This service offers housing and support to young men and women aged 16-23 who are homeless or in need of housing. We offer support, supervision and guidance to reduce the risk of homelessness and prepare residents for independent living. This includes post-tenancy support to ensure the smooth transition to independent living.
The accommodation varies from self-contained flats to properties with shared communal facilities and overnight staffing on some sites. We also offer floating support to enable young people living in the community to sustain their tenancies.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this service a person must:
- be aged between 16 and 23
- be homeless or in need of housing and support.
