Environmental Statement

This statement outlines Nacroโ€™s environmental objectives and targets, how we seek to achieve these, and Nacroโ€™s commitment to reduce its environmental impact. We understand our activities have an environmental impact, and we recognise our responsibility to minimise those environmental impacts by supporting the UKโ€™s Net Zero Carbon Emission 2030 goals, preventing pollution, tackling climate change, and continuing to maintain environmental legislative compliance.

Domestic Abuse Policy

Nacro recognises that domestic abuse has a serious effect on peopleโ€™s lives, both emotionally and physically.

We are committed to taking all reasonable steps possible to combat the impact of domestic abuse, for the individuals being abused, children and other family members affected by domestic abuse; as well as challenging the behaviour of perpetrators.

Nacro Housing Compensation Policy (Updated August 2024)

Nacro is committed to consistently provide an excellent service to all our service users. However, we recognise that there are times when our service fails to meet the high standards we have set. If we fail to meet our own service standards or provide a poor service, we aim to put things right. At times this may involve paying compensation. We recognise that our service userโ€™s support needs may mean that they are additionally adversely affected by any failure to meet expected service standards. Find out more.
