This statement outlines Nacroโs environmental objectives and targets, how we seek to achieve these, and Nacroโs commitment to reduce its environmental impact. We understand our activities have an environmental impact, and we recognise our responsibility to minimise those environmental impacts by supporting the UKโs Net Zero Carbon Emission 2030 goals, preventing pollution, tackling climate change, and continuing to maintain environmental legislative compliance.
Nacro recognises that domestic abuse has a serious effect on peopleโs lives, both emotionally and physically.
We are committed to taking all reasonable steps possible to combat the impact of domestic abuse, for the individuals being abused, children and other family members affected by domestic abuse; as well as challenging the behaviour of perpetrators.
Nacro is committed to and has a Statutory duty under Section 26 of the Counterterrorism and Security Act 2015 to provide a secure environment for all our students/service users. Find out more.

Nacro is committed to consistently provide an excellent service to all our service users. However, we recognise that there are times when our service fails to meet the high standards we have set. If we fail to meet our own service standards or provide a poor service, we aim to put things right. At times this may involve paying compensation. We recognise that our service userโs support needs may mean that they are additionally adversely affected by any failure to meet expected service standards. Find out more.
Every year Nacro produces an annual report outlining the successes and importance of our work.
We employ more than 250 people and therefore, in accordance with the Gender Pay Gap regulations, Nacro publishes an annual gender pay gap report, showing the difference in average female earnings compared to average male earnings, regardless of their job roles.
Nacroโs Manifesto 2019 sets out our clear, themed sets of asks for the next parliament to ensure everyone has what they need to thrive and that no one is left behind.
