Environmental Statement

This statement outlines Nacro’s environmental objectives and targets, how we seek to achieve these, and Nacro’s commitment to reduce its environmental impact. We understand our activities have an environmental impact, and we recognise our responsibility to minimise those environmental impacts by supporting the UK’s Net Zero Carbon Emission 2030 goals, preventing pollution, tackling climate change, and continuing to maintain environmental legislative compliance.

Nacro Housing Compensation Policy (Updated August 2024)

Nacro is committed to consistently provide an excellent service to all our service users. However, we recognise that there are times when our service fails to meet the high standards we have set. If we fail to meet our own service standards or provide a poor service, we aim to put things right. At times this may involve paying compensation. We recognise that our service user’s support needs may mean that they are additionally adversely affected by any failure to meet expected service standards. Find out more.

Gender Pay Gap Report 2022/23

We employ more than 250 people and therefore, in accordance with the Gender Pay Gap regulations, Nacro publishes an annual gender pay gap report, showing the difference in average female earnings compared to average male earnings, regardless of their job roles.
