Service user involvement
We are committed to listening to and learning from our service users, involving them in every part of Nacro. Service users were integral to the development of our new strategy.
In June 2022, Nacro launched its three-year strategy. The strategy focuses on the two things that makes Nacro unique:
As part of our strategy we will increase the involvement of our service users at the same time as embedding our equality, diversity and inclusion strategy throughout the organisation. By focusing on how we better support and develop our people and put our service users at the heart of our organisation, we’ll be able to achieve our five strategic goals.
