What we do
The Lincolnshire Housing Related Support Partnership is a county-wide service led by Framework, alongside Nacro, Longhurst Group and The Salvation Army. Nacro delivers this service in Grantham only.
The ultimate aim of our work is to support people to gain the skills needed to live independent and fulfilled lives. People will usually receive support for a period of three to six months.
Eligibility
To be eligible a person must:
- be aged 18 and over
- be homeless, vulnerably housed or at risk of losing their accommodation.
- have diagnosed or suspected mental health or substance misuse issues.
Priority is given to young people leaving the care system and people sleeping rough.
